Attention Skips:

It is your responsibility to make sure your entire team is registered before your first game. Teams with unregistered players will not be allowed to take the ice until all their registrations are complete. If your game does not start on time because any player is not registered, the first end will be forfeited and a point will be hung.  Every ten minutes thereafter, ends will be forfeited and points will be hung. You will not be allowed to play three handed (or with a sub) while they register.

The staff and volunteers put in numerous hours organizing the leagues and processing registrations. Please contact your teammates or check the website (see helpful website information below) to ensure your team is completely registered.

Registrations will be accepted on the website until midnight, October 19.  After this date, they will need go to the club at least a half hour early (of the draw time) to fill out a paper registration.

The intention of this policy is not to punish people, but rather a courtesy to the hard working employees and volunteers. Most clubs not only require a completed registration but dues paid in advance. We feel it is not an unreasonable request.

Thank you for helping us to resolve this continuing problem.

A note from the Web Guy:

Click the TEAM LISTING to determine if your team has unregistered players.  (Standard member login required, login: spcc, password: rocks).  Then, select the leagues that you are skipping, and click DISPLAY.  Locate your (skip) name, and note the displayed team-mates.  For example, the below indicates that JEFF HENNING has listed CRAIG KELLAR and WILL RAYMOND as a team-mates that have not registered yet (or Jeff has entered their names with incorrect spelling):

Pay special attention to any double blue triangles() beside a team-mate’s name.  This indicates one of two possibilities:

1.       The team-mate has not registered, or

2.       You have spelled the team-mate’s name DIFFERENTLY than how the member has registered.

Regardless, corrective action is needed.  If you have spelled the team-mate incorrectly, update YOUR registration with corrected spelling.  If the team-mate has NOT registered, you need to contact that team-mate and make sure they register ASAP.  The TEAM LISTING program (available on the MEMBERS menu of the website) should be checked periodically until you see that ALL your team-mates have properly registered.

Below, this example shows that TIM ROSS has one team-mate that is not registered (DOUG DALIEDEN), AND that he has only listed a total of three team-mates for his team.  Tim needs to update his registration and fill in his additional team-mate to list his complete team of 4 players:
