Registration for the 24th Annual RangerSpiel, February 4-5, 2012, is no longer open due
to having a sufficient number of registrations! Keep it in mind for 2013.
The RangerSpiel is a great for newer curlers, first-time bonspielers, food and drink
lovers, accordion players and polka dancers as well as experienced curlers. With the
expansion to 40 teams, we are dividing the bonspiel into two divisions: Taconite, for the
tough guys, and Hematite, for the traditionalists. Pick your own level and then enjoy at
least 3 fun matches, three free meals and drinks and the free curler gifts. The live polka
music, raffle and silent auction on Saturday are always memorable.
The bonspiel will start approximately 9:30am on Saturday, February 4th and concludes
on Sunday with finals at approximately 3pm. Proceeds from the bonspiel support
scholarships at the four Iron Range Community and Technical Colleges.
